Emissions of pollutants are, perhaps, the main environmental problem today. A problem which demands not only careful studying, but also the fastest permission. The greatest percent of emissions of pollutants for today's time is the share of the industrial enterprises. They conceal in themselves nearly the main threat to the environment.
