Calculation of the interaction matrix for cognitive maps

Definition of cognitive maps and Silovs cognitive maps are given in connectionwith their application in social system modeling. Silovs algorithm for computing interaction matrix of cognitive map is described, its limitations are considered. Alternative algorithm is proposed for their correction. Interaction matrices, obtained by Silovs algorithm and proposed algorithm, are compared.
