The costs and benefits of production on the administrative offences affairs in the sphere of customs business: economic and legal approach

The paper discusses the economic efficiency of law enforcement which implemented by the Customs authorities of the Russian Federation to combat administrative violations in the Customs sphere. Using an economic and legal approach author defines the ratio of costs and benefits of this law enforcement, submits proposals to improve its efficiency by reducing the costs of the administrative proceedings on minor offenses.
