Benefits and disadvantages of leasing from the position of the leasing recipient

This article reveals the essence of the concept of leasing. The author highlights the main advantages and disadvantages of using the leasing scheme for financing the renewal of fixed assets of enterprises in the modern economy from the perspective of the lessee. As part of the study, a comparative analysis of the use of leasing versus a bank loan by identified factors was conducted.
