Europe's recovery from the recession

The article discusses questions of European debt recession, its reasons and possible recovery ways. Turnaround programs, implemented by the European countries remain “purchase of time", while the key to the ultimate recovery from the recession is a cardinal decision. Integration of growing number of countries into the EU doesn't surmount the crisis but quite the oppositely is a reason of the current financial issues. The supranational European bodies are in charge to find a recovery way from the crisis that has already become a system one.
