Identification of factors affecting reproductive health in men

At the moment, people of reproductive age all over the world are faced with the problem of the absence of children in a couple, and in 50% of cases, the primary cause of this is the pathology of a man. Given the downward trend in the demographic situation in Uzbekistan, this problem cannot be ignored and is quite relevant nowadays. Confirmation of this fact is the absence of pregnancy in about 15-20% of married couples. The indicator of the level of male infertility ranges from about 20-45%. Experts attribute such high rates to the adverse effects of the environment on men, the allergization of the modern population, especially in large cities, as well as an increase in inflammatory processes of the genitourinary system in both men and women [1]. The article is devoted to the consideration of the main issues of etiopathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of male reproductive disorders based on an interdisciplinary approach, taking into account organizational and methodological aspects.
