Identification of persons with mental anomalies, not excluding responsibility likely to commit violent crimes against personality

The article proves the necessity of cooperation of law-enforcement authorities and health authorities for more effective and timely revelation of persons with the mental anomalies which are not excluding sanity, inclined to commission of violent crimes against the person. The necessity of cooperation is caused by absence of effective realization of preventive measures, both from health authorities, and from law-enforcement authorities, concerning persons with anomalies of mentality for the purpose of the prevention of violent illegal actions. Also there is a necessity of legislative fastening of an admissibility of preventive measures for establishment of the circle of persons, inclined to commission of violent crimes against the person, and the prevention such kind of crimes.
