Identification of features and advantages of use of resource potential at the clustering of the industrial enterprises of the Nizhny Novgorod region

Nowadays sci - tech development moves by not individual enterprises but their cooperations with horizontal, vertical and regional connections. Cluster is one of the forms of such cooperation. Enterprises and organizations make clusters to provide competitive ability of the region on basis of interaction territorial self-organization and partnership. In the classical economy, the resource potential of an enterprise is understood as the development of resources by the economic system to achieve certain goals. To assess the volume of the resource potential of an enterprise, the quantity, quality and structure of resources are determined by using which the maximum value of goods is produced. This article gives definition of resource potential of the enterprise, the procedure of its rating, the main features and benefits of its using in regional economic clustering by the example of biomedical cluster of Nizhny Novgorod region. Cluster is considered as unique cooperative organization for establishment and development of partner’s contacts and achievement of common purpose. Realization of clustering strategy on the strategy of the regional development lets raise competitive ability of the regional enterprises. Economic clustering is considered as one of the perspective directions of enterprises’ development.
