Identifying the signs of spinal motoneuron pools plasticity of upper and lower limb muscles in representatives of different kinds of sports

There is presented the date of a plasticity of nervous structures cervical and lumbar-sacral region of a spinal cord of athletes. It is established that cyclic work of moderate intensity is followed by increase of functional plasticity of a spinal-motor-neural muscles of the upper and lower extremities.
