The quality of teaching in a military high school greatly depends on personal professional qualities of a teacher and their psychological preparation, which should include the skills which provide effective interaction with students. The article describes the results of the determination of personal professionally important qualities of a teacher of technical disciplines which contribute to effective teacher interaction with cadets of military engineering high schools.
