Payment and delivery of pension - it is timely and stable

The systems of provision of pensions of the population provide protection of citizens at approach of all insured events corresponding to the legislation on provision of pensions to which achievement of age of an old age, disability and loss of the supporter belongs. Pension systems are important very much for the level of income of the population and development of national economy. In article authors consider the order of payment and the organization of delivery of pensions operating in Office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation across the Republic of Tatarstan. The subject of article is especially relevant in connection with change of the pension legislation, namely with change of an order of payment of insurance pension, in connection with termination of work and (or) other activity (till January, 2018 surcharge of insurance pension wasn't made). The new order of payment of pension has provided that to the pensioners who have stopped implementation of work and (or) other activity, the sums of insurance pension are paid taking into account indexation, taking place during implementation of work and (or) other activity, for the period, since the 1st following after a month of termination of work and (or) other activity.
