This article describes the characteristics of third generation universities. The "product" of such a university is graduates, in turn, employers act as consumers. They can objectively assess the achievements and quality of knowledge, skills and competencies of students, as well as feasibility and effectiveness in the reform of higher education. Using the method of in-depth interviews, employers conducted an analysis of current graduates.
