University graduates in the labor market

The article is devoted the problem of young specialist’s employment. There are disclose contradiction between the opportunities of the young specialist’s employment and labor market’s offers. There are described the investigation of employment students of humanitarian-pedagogics faculty of Russian State Agriculture University in the name of K.A. Timiryazev. There are analysed positions of holders employments to professional competence and motivation of young specialists. There are underlined that organizations have property problems: limited resources, problems of mentors and either. There are investigated the young specialist’s opinions about professional offers: a few of professional offers, difficulties to value make one’s career, social adaptation in professional sphere and either. There are analysed possibilities of assistance to young specialists in searching of employment. Among this possibilities to young specialists are the competition to the best vacancy, to rise prestige of vacancy, comfortable organization of work. There are underlined the role of special sub-faculty to preparation specialists on related fields. There are described the role of employment centers of universities: change functions from mediator to diagnosis, the main of monitoring of educational sphere. There are underlined the collaboration between special sub-faculties and holder of employment and importance to use modern means of communication in university’s publicity.
