Development of guidelines for the improvement of information technologies implementation in forensic linguistic expertise

The article analyzes genesis of the forensic linguistic examination theory and develops guidelines for new research technologies improvement. Substantiation of the theoretic comprehension of the linguistic examination should guide researchers in their study in the near future. Solution of the problems set in the article may improve scientific validity and reliability of the academic and practical results of the forensic linguistic examination, determined by the procedural law regulations. Formation of the single terminology of the forensic linguistic examination may allow specialists to avoid subjectivity and variability in judgments.
