Development of strategic priorities for the development of innovative subsystem of the region on the basis of the theory of evolution of information in the economy

The mechanism of development priorities of the innovation subsystem of the region is considered from the standpoint of the theory of information evolution in the economy with the use of the evolutionary model of social development with innovation dominant, the features of the evolution of territorial formations depending on the type of innovative development (territorial formations of the global center, global periphery and catching-up development). Disclosure of internal mechanisms for the formation of priorities for the development of innovative subsystems of different types of regions according to the theory of information evolution in the economy.
