High territorial mobility of labour resources as basis of establishment of modern Russian economy

The article deals with the topical issues related to the needs of increasing labor mobility in conditions of market economic system in Russia. The content of the category of labor mobility is shown, some indicators of labor mobility are given. It is noted that the change in mobility is primarily determined by the conditions of application of labor, its payment, quality of life on territory of establishment.
