The supreme bodies of state authority of the Far Eastern Republic under the Constitution of 1921

This article studies the supreme bodies of state authority in the Far Eastern Republic (FER) under the Constitution of 1921. It deals with the process of formation of these bodies, gives the overview of the competence of People’s Assembly, and analyzes the main features of the activities carried out by the FER’s Council of Ministers as a supreme executive and administrative body of the state. The author also summarizes the main directions, forms and methods of the activities implemented by the supreme bodies of state authority of the FER.
