The interaction between the bureau of medical evidence in court of the Department of Health of Moscow and the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after V. Kikotya in personnel training

The article presents the authors' opinion on the issue of improvement of forensic medicine in the higher education institu- tions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation taking into account departmental specifics, the relevance of which is associated with a high demands of enforcement authorities to the quality of medical evidences in court (especially when describing the inspection of a corpse at the crime scene), the presence of a certain personnel shortage of highly qualified educators of forensic medicine in the higher education institutions of law enforcement focus and insufficient level of interac- tion between structures of medical-forensic service and law enforcement. There are presented own experience of interaction between medical-forensic service and the higher education institution in personnel training for enforcement authorities, as well as recommendations to improve efficiency of such kind collaboration with the aim of improving quality of training experts.
