Interaction between central executive authorities and Krasnoyarsk krai executive committee in the restoration and development of agriculture in Krasnoyarsk Region during the first post-war five-year plan (1946–1950)

Despite the 80 years that have passed since the defeat of the Nazi occupiers, the history of the restoration of agriculture in the Krasnoyarsk Region, as an integral part of the country's economic complex, has not been sufficiently studied. The purpose of the study is to identify the tasks assigned by government agencies to the region's agriculture in the context of the post-war restoration of the country's national economic complex and overcoming the consequences of the drought of 1946-1947, and the role of the regional executive committee in their implementation. The study used materials from the collection of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Planning Commission, which had information on the real state of affairs in the economic complex of the region, introduced into scientific circulation for the first time. The paper shows the tasks set by the country's government and the ministries of agricultural profile for collective and state farms of the region, the role of the regional executive committee and its planning commission in creating conditions for overcoming existing and emerging problems, measures to improve production efficiency, and the achieved results of work.
