Interaction of the state, business and society in the interests of environmental safety in Russia

The current environmental situation in many regions ofRussia is the result of an underestimation of environmental regulation standards, as well as insufficient use ofpublic-private partnership tools in the field of environmentally sustainable development. Interaction between institutions of the public and private sectors of the national economy in the environmental sphere should be stimulated and developed, and the Clean Arctic project is a good example of such fruitful interaction. Environmentally oriented investment management, through partnership between the state, business, and society, contributes to the formation of long-term prospects that ensure environmental protection, resource conservation and increase the level of environmental safety. The article deals with regional environmental problems, and the possibility of interaction between the state, business, and society in the interests of Russia's environmental security.
