Interaction of state and private partnerships in the development of the national innovation system

The article deals with the interaction of state and private partnership in the development of the national innovation system. The characteristic of industrial and innovative development of the Karaganda region is given. The advantages of state -private partnership in the innovative development of the region are presented. As a result of the research, problems were identified and ways of developing SPP in the innovation system were proposed.
