Interaction of state structures of Russia with the Cossack associations at public order maintenance

Article is devoted one of actual for a sociological science that of formation of institutes of a civil society in modern Russia. The author fairly carries the Cossack formations to them as active subjects of formation of a social order in a society. In article the purposes of interaction of public authorities with the Cossack formations, problems by means of which these purposes will be realised are defined.
