Interaction in the market of trade services in the digital transformation process

This article discusses the theory of interaction of participants in the market of trade services and their activities on it in the conditions of digital transformation. Due to changes in the external environment and the introduction of digital tools in the activities of economic agents, the conditions for their interaction with each other are being actively updated, and, at the same time, new ecosystems of the trade services market are being formed. This article defines the main market structures and elements of the trading services market system, including sales agents, consumers, cooperating organizations and the manufacturing sector, whose synergy ensures its viability. The study of the interaction system of market participants allows us to determine their interdependence and the degree of influence on each other, as well as to identify the ownership of the interaction mechanism and its basis.
