The article discusses the problem of effective interaction between educational institutions and organizations-employers in the context of digitalization of the economy. The authors substantiate the need to increase the degree of involvement of specialists from the practical field in the educational process and the involvement of young students in the professional environment. It has a positive effect not only on the development of professional competencies of future specialists and the training process, but also on the development of the employer's brand.
