Interaction of employers and educational organizations in the transition to professional standards

In the context of the formation of the national system of qualifications and the introduction of professional standards, the interaction of the labor market and the training system should be ensured. The article presents a model of interaction between employers and educational organizations in the transition to professional standards on the example of the development and implementation of basic professional educational programs of higher education. The given model assumes three directions of interaction: 1) at development of the basic professional educational programs (opop), 2) at their realization, 3) at an assessment of quality of educational activity. The first direction involves the participation of employers in the formation of the results of the development of opop, the development of the curriculum, in the teaching, logistical and personnel support. The second direction is connected with the provision by employers of places of practice for students, the definition of subjects of course, scientific projects, final qualifying works, the participation of specialists in the educational process...
