Interaction between the Russian government and business under the sanctions

In this article difficulties and prospects of relationship of the authority structures and small companies are considered. The problems of imperious influence impeding the development of small business are revealed. The state mechanisms promoting improvement of business climate in the country are defined. Authors revealed the model of relationship of the power and business in conditions of the Western sanctions. Possible scenarios of domestic economic development of Russia in conditions of sanctions of the West are formulated.
