Interaction of the investigator with authorities and officials during the disclosure and investigation of the theft of motor vehicles

The article discusses the features of the interaction of investigative units with inquiry bodies and other units of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs system. The characteristic features of the investigation of thefts of motor vehicles are noted, the existing difficulties in organizing the investigation, disclosure and prevention of this type of crime are identified.
