Interaction of authorities and agencies of the Russian empire in the Far East in the struggle against foreign intelligence in 1905-1911 (part 1)

The work is the first part of the review article, which deals with the problems of interaction between authorities and agencies of the Russian Empire in the Far East in the fight against foreign intelligence after the Russian-Japanese War of 1904-1905, and before the start of the Khabarovsk counterintelligence department in July 1911. In view of the geographic, administrative and territorial features of the Priamursky Governorate General, there formed a specific procedure of cooperation between the local authorities and agencies in the fight against foreign intelligence.
