This article is devoted to problems of modern relations between His Holiness Dalai-Lama XIV and China’s Central Government. After the events of 1959 Dalai-Lama XIV and his followers are based on Indian territory. The article analyses the perspectives in solution of Tibetan emigration’s problem.
