Relations between regional bodies of the Komsomol and the All-Union Communist Party (b) at the turn of 1920-1930s (оn the example of the Central Black Earth region)

The article examines the relationship between the ruling Communist party in the Soviet Union and the youth public non-profit organization (Komsomol) at the turn of the 1920s-1930s. The study is based on the materials of the Central Black Earth Region, whose population was 12 million inhabitants or about 8% of the population of the USSR, which allows interpolate conclusions on the situation in the whole country. The Komsomol was the leading youth organization and through it, the main activities of the youth policy of the state were carried out. The article identifies the main means and methods of influence of regional bodies of the All-Union Communist Party (B) on the Komsomol of the Central Black Earth Region - organizational, personnel, financial and other ones. At the same time, the authors reveal the integration of the Komsomol into the system of regional party and state power, and it allows us to talk about the elements of interdependence between the All-Union Communist Party (B) and the Komsomol.
