This article explores the relationship between business owners and hired managers. Detail shows the possible causes of the differences and problems between these categories of business managers. Gradation of the reasons given by three different parameters: general and arising through the fault of the owner or, on the contrary, through the fault of a hired manager. We present author developed the mechanism of transfer of management from owner to hired manager. Also describe the main types of business owners.
