Interaction between value and career orientations of modern students

The article considers the results of empirical research regarding interconnection between value and career orientations of modern students. It demonstrates that there are close connections between terminal and instrumental values and career orientations such as «professional competence», «management», «service», «integration of life styles». It is identifed that there is specifcs of value and career orientations of students depending on education course, gender differences and ethnicity.
