Interaction between digitalization and quality of life of the population

The criteria are considered, with the help of which the development of both peoples and entire states is assessed. The competitiveness of countries is currently considered within the framework of quality standards. The problems of differentiating quality of life exist at both the micro and macro levels. The adoption of digital platforms is happening in many areas of life. Technology and users are intertwined. In economically developed countries, such conjugacy is closely associated with a high quality of life. Unfortunately, digitalization can also pose threats. The main ones are: job cuts due to the introduction of digital technologies, loss of personal data, tracking employee behavior in the workplace. If these factors are not taken into account in the future, then the situation with the quality of life can only worsen. Thus, the low pace of development of IT technologies can positively affect the adaptation of people to digital transformation. In this regard, it is possible to talk about improving the quality of life only in the conditions of controlled digitalization of the economy.
