Interrelation of demographic situation, pension system and economic growth in Russia

The article reviews the existing interrelation between the demographic situation, the pension system and economic growth in the Russian Federation. The article reflects the main problems and directions of organizing an effective pension system in Russia. The advantages and disadvantages of raising the retirement age in the Russian Federation are considered. The article also analyzes the impact of various pension reforms on the socio-economic picture in the country. Conclusions and recommendations are given for improving the pension system in Russia.
