Interrelation of immunities and privileges with some principles of the criminal procedure

The article is devoted to the consideration of immunities and privileges according to the criminal procedure legislation of Republic Uzbekistan. The author revelates the correlation of immunities and privileges with the principles of equality of citizens before the law and court, other bodies of the criminal trial, equity, inevitability of the responsibility, the presumption of innocence.
