The article notes that in the era of globalization, the economy is increasingly based on knowledge and innovation, which makes entrepreneurship a key factor in sustainable development and national economic independence. It is noted that entrepreneurship manifests itself in various cognitive and cultural forms, which acquire particular importance in the context of digitalization and global competition. The role of intangible assets such as intellectual capital, creativity, and cultural characteristics requires rethinking to create unique benefits. The relationship between cognitive and cultural forms of entrepreneurship and the economic independence of the state is formed under the influence of globalization, technological progress, government policy and the institutional environment. In general, the relationship studied in the article is a complex and dynamic process, where the creation of a balanced ecosystem with government support, developed institutions and access to technology becomes a key condition for cognitive and cultural entrepreneurship to become a tool for ensuring economic independence and sustainable development.
