The article examines the influence of corporate strategy on the formation of a company's organizational design. The author's interpretation of the essence of organizational design and strategy is given; the structural elements of organizational design have been identified and the basic principles for the integration of these elements have been formed; the features of strategies and their relationship with the organizational management structure at various stages of the enterprise life cycle are determined; the need to change the organizational management structure to suit the formed strategy is substantiated; the limitations of the organizational structure that affect the formation and implementation of corporate strategy are summarized; the feedback and correlation of organizational design with strategy is highlighted; the role and significance of organizational design in the implementation of a successful corporate strategy of a company is determined.
