The quantity and quality of soil structural fractions is correlated with the soil microflora. Khudyakov's work proved that bacteria in the soil are absorbed by the smallest parts of it and this absorption is directly dependent on the content of silty and dusty particles with a diameter of up to 0.01 mm.by dispersing soil colloids, it is possible to cause an increase in the activity of the absorbed bacteria and accelerate the mineralization of organic compounds in the soil. It has been proved that the larger the particle, the more it contains air cavities, the more moisture it is able to retain, the greater the contamination it has, the more valuable this fraction is in agronomic terms. The low activity of microflora of small particles is explained by the greater uniformity of the chemical composition, higher density and low aeration.
