The present study aims to investigate changes in the volumetric blood flow rate in the carotid arteries of the right and left brain when changing the systemic hemodynamics parameters. The experiments were performed in 19 cats anesthetized with pentobarbital 2-3 hours before the measurements. The parameters of volumetric blood flow rate simultaneously registered in the right and left common carotid arteries and the parameters of systemic hemodynamics - blood pressure and heart rate were analyzed. Regression equations describing the dependence of the volume blood flow rate in the carotid arteries on blood pressure and heart rate were derived. The results show that the spatial-temporal ordering of the hemodynamic is based on complementarity both in behavior and in the structure of the left and right vascular bed.
