Relationship of non-payments of enterprises and budget underfunding

The search for the reasons for the change in the dynamics of debt, the maintenance of a high level of non-payments requires a deep study of the process of debt formation. The article presents a study of the causes of the budget deficit by studying the relationship between budget underfunding and non -payments of organizations. The main types of non-payments are considered and an analysis of various aspects of the emergence and accumulation of non-payments is carried out, and the main factors affecting the emergence and spread of non-payments of organizations will be identified. The research methods are general scientific and private methods of cognition: logical, historical, method of a systematic approach, sociological and statistical method.
