Interconnection of peculiarities of directionality and carrier orientations of students

We analyzed different approaches to the problem of carrier orientations in the aspect of personality directionality. The results of empiric research confirms the close connection between personality and carrier orientations. It is shown, that the character of personality directionality influences on the carrier orientations of students: we got the positive correlative connection between business directionality with such carrier orientations, as «business activity», «autonomy», «challenge», «stability of living place», «management»; especial personal directionality and carrier orientations «challenge»; pro-social directionality and carrier orientations «life styles integration» and «service».
