Relationships of the consolidated crust density inhomogeneities with the epicenters of earthquakes at the European northeast of Russia

Computational models of density inhomogeneities in Timan-Severouralsk region and adjacent areas characterize the deep structure at different levels-sections (to 20 and 50 km) and reflect the boundaries of different blocks. The mapping schema of density inhomogeneities and earthquake epicenters for the middle and bottom parts of consolidated crust was composed. It turned out that the epicenters of known earthquakes are not distributed randomly, but rather an orderly manner, being located within the dense blocks of rocks or in the border region, where the temperature, pressure and stress relaxation was happened.
