Law and morality correlation as a law basis in works of L. I. Petrazycki

The article considers the topical issue of law and morality correlation basing upon L.I. Petrazycki’s philosophy of law. The author substantiates the opinion defining convictions of this theorist and law philosopher to be an aspect of natural law theory, thus revealing new dimensions in explanation of law and morals correlation.
