The relationship between occupational stress and psychological health among specialists of a legal organization

The present study is devoted to the study of the relationship between occupational stress and psychological health among legal professionals. The factors causing stress and their impact on the psychological state of employees are analyzed. A review of modern literature has been conducted, and the main mechanisms of stress's impact on psychological health have been identified. The results allow us to determine the directions of prevention and improvement of psychological well-being in the legal field.
