The article analyzes the relationship between tactical training, medicine, and physical fitness of law enforcement officers as a key triad of professional readiness, identifying problems of fragmented programs, lack of synchronization in stressful scenarios, overloads without medical supervision, lack of interdisciplinary approaches, and psychological barriers leading to non-combat losses and reduced effectiveness. Integrated solutions are offered: a single platform with tactical and medical scenarios on dummies, functional training with weights in the form of first-aid kits, biomedical wearable devices for real-time monitoring, VR simulations of wounds, genetic screening of loads, telemedicine at landfills and AI video analysis for personalization. Practical examples are given – «tactics plus medicine» cycles in consolidated detachments with shorter evacuation times, smart equipment at training camps to identify cardiac risks, applications with buddy systems for motivation. The role of regional adaptations, neurofeedback for resilience, and long-term data tracking for correlation with operational success is emphasized, which ensures proactive improvement of ATS training.
