Correlation between techno-economic paradigms and education as a part of human capital

The economic development of the countries is determined by how fast and effective the technological developments are put into production. The main factor determining the effectiveness of this process is the level of employees' education. The article systematizes different views on the evolution and the main components of the techno-economic paradigms. The authors also review how basic characteristics of the labour and education of workers were altering according to the replacement of techno-economic paradigms.
