Interrelationships of biomorphological traits in populations of Tulipa gesneriana L. (Liliaceae) on the Ergeni upland

The article analyzes the variability of correlation between biomorphological traits of plants in the population of Tulipa gesneriana L. (Liliaceae) on the Ergeni Upland during two vegetation seasons. It has been found that the frequency of occurrence of plants in the studied cenopopulation depends on the temperature during their growth and development period. A comparative analysis of correlations between 12 traits in T. gesneriana plants during the two years of the study has revealed that with increasing density, decreasing moisture availability, and high temperatures, the organism of T. gesneriana plants responds by strengthening the correlations between traits.
