The article emphasizes the importance of university training, focused on the development of organizational and self-organizational skills of future specialists. The article presents the results of studying the features and the presence of a correlation interrelation of the given skills among students who are monitors of academic groups. In addition, the article makes an attempt to determine the influence of organizational and self-organizational skills of monitoring students on their academic performance.
