The article is devoted to the study of the idea of the state in F. Nietzsche's political teaching. The interpretation and the classification of the thinker's ideas are causes intense debate and disputes. The author of this article analyzes the thinker's ideas about the forms of the state and assesses the rationality of the critique of the thinker against some previous and modern( for the philosopher) political systems. The author presents the defining role of culture and instincts in the philosopher's political teaching and seeks to analyze Nietzsche's ideal state as utopia.
