Explosive ordnance as an element of forensic category

The given paper reveals the importance of the forensic concept of explosive ordnance (ammunition, explosive devices, explosives, pyrotechnic products). As well, the author draws attention to the fact that these items are known to Russian criminal law, but at the legislative level, these concepts are not defined. The concept of these items, and legal regulation of their turnover is incomplete and irregular in nature. In this regard, these concepts must be defined at the legislative level and have a uniform understanding.
